RIP Dr. Detweiler

As you may know, my neurosurgeon committed suicide in November of 2011. What compelled him to do such a thing, I'll never know but it makes me sad. This man literally saved my life. He took a young, terrified girl's fragile life and gave her a second chance to live. And for that I'll be forever grateful. Thank you for saving my life and allowing me to see the beauty in people and things. It's because of this man's skill I am still here. RIP, Dr. Karl Detweiler.
